Our factory utilizes state-of-the-art technologies to ensure high-purity chemical output and specialized material performance.
Jointly developed with Zhejiang University, the patented acoustic emission online detection technology monitors agglomeration inside polypropylene reactors for real-time early warning and long-cycle stable operation. Based on Spherizone process, the self-developed high-impact PP grade EP5074 serves lightweight automotive component manufacturing.
Supported by a digital management platform, online analyzers, DCS and SAP systems are interconnected to form a full-data chain covering raw material receiving, production and finished product delivery. Full traceability and standardized quality control are realized for all chemical products.
