The 260,000 tons per annum polycarbonate (PC) project of Sinopec SABIC Tianjin Petrochemical Co., Ltd. adopts SABIC’s phosgene-free melt process. Two new PC production lines, each with an annual capacity of 130,000 tons, have been constructed, marking the first domestic production lines to deploy this technology.
